Overview

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role in Apple Valley, CA. This position offers significant autonomy in a focused clinical environment, with a competitive salary and flexible scheduling options, all while working alongside a cohesive team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care primarily focused on adult medicine with limited pediatric care
  • Perform in-office procedures with provided training if necessary
  • Manage a patient volume of 22+ patients per 10-hour shift
  • Work a consistent, on-site schedule with no call, weekends, or travel

Required skills

  • Active CA license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in primary care, preferably as a plug-and-play provider
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Comfortable using EHR systems, preferably NextGen
  • Adaptable and team-oriented personality
