Overview

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a primary care role in Apple Valley, CA. This position offers a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment with a focus on adult medicine.

  • Provide primary care services primarily for adult patients

  • Adapt to a busy clinical pace and deliver consistent care

Required skills

  • Active CA license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in primary care or related field preferred
  • Comfortable using EHR systems, preferably NextGen
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Adaptability and strong team collaboration skills
