Overview

Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced NP/PA for an Urgent + Primary Care Locum position in Appleton, Wisconsin, from November 24, 2025, to January 2, 2026. The role includes full-day shifts with support from a Senior Medical Assistant and a Behavioral Health Specialist, focusing on primary care tasks with on-site lab capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care and urgent care services
  • Work full-day shifts, Monday through Friday
  • Collaborate with onsite medical assistants and specialists
  • Manage patient census and perform CLIA testing
  • Utilize EMR - EPIC for patient documentation

Required skills

  • WI state license; active, unrestricted
  • Board Certified (ABMS or AOB certified)
  • BLS certification (AHA only)
  • Experience in primary and urgent care
