Overview

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in women's health to join their team in Santa Cruz, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management, and will be responsible for seeing patients at the Women’s Health Center and/or Outpatient Health Center.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in women's health, mental health, and chronic disease management.
  • See 10 patients per 4-hour shift with 20-minute visits each.
  • Utilize the EPIC OCHIN Electronic Health Record system for documentation and e-prescribing.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development.

Required skills

  • Bilingual communication (Spanish-speaking)
  • California FNP or PA license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Advanced Practice Clinician role
  • Women's health procedures expertise
  • Experience in mental health and chronic disease management
