Overview

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens position in Greenville, North Carolina. The role focuses on patient care within a symptom management clinic, with responsibilities primarily during daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care in an outpatient setting
  • Manage symptoms related to chemotherapy including nausea, vomiting, dehydration, and fever
  • Respond to patients experiencing medication reactions
  • Do not respond to codes or have critical care responsibilities

Required skills

  • Active NC License
  • BC/BE certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience in Hematology Oncology (preferred)
