The NP/Nurse Practitioner role at CompHealth involves providing hospital-based inpatient neurosurgery coverage in Columbia, South Carolina. This locum tenens position focuses on handling an average of 12-17 hospital patients per day, with a patient population that consists of 90% adults and 10% pediatrics, requiring experience in neurosurgery and surgical care.

  • Provide 100% hospital-based inpatient neurosurgery coverage
  • Manage an average of 12-17 hospital patients per day
  • Handle admissions, ICU, and surgeries
  • Work in inpatient/acute care settings
  • Participate in day and night shifts from Monday through Sunday
