Essen Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated team in providing high-quality, compassionate medical care to underserved residents in New York. Key responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients
  • Ensure fulfillment of quality care commitments
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases in general practice
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information
  • Document past medical, family, and social history, and examination findings
  • Order and execute various tests and diagnostic images
  • Analyze reports and findings to diagnose conditions
  • Administer or prescribe treatments and manage care plans
  • Order lab and imaging tests to inform treatment plans
  • Vaccinate patients against communicable diseases
  • Advise patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention
  • Consult with specialists and refer patients as necessary
