Job Description

Overview

Innovance is seeking a North American Sales Leader for its subsidiary, Panels Plus, which specializes in precision building machines for the construction industry. This technical B2B sales role involves managing distributor relationships and developing direct sales opportunities, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring successful product offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Directly manage existing accounts and pursue new business to meet sales goals
  • Lead marketing efforts to generate demand and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust distribution network
  • Train distributor sales staff and move complex projects forward
  • Become a subject matter expert on Panels Plus products
  • Provide weekly work plans and call reports for senior leadership
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
  • Resolve customer complaints through investigation and problem-solving
  • Conduct all duties with professionalism and integrity

Required skills

  • Experience selling B2B capital equipment or industrial OEM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing, planning, and promotions
  • Understanding of business financials for quoting and pricing
  • Proficiency in Epicor Kinetics ERP, Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, and various AI tools
