Job Description

Overview

Amazon is seeking detail-oriented Non-Inventory Receivers to join their operations team at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Niagara Falls, New York. This role focuses on managing non-inventory material movement, ensuring packaging inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe work environment while meeting operational needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Site Procurement Manager to manage Non-Inventory items flow through the building
  • Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT)
  • Conduct daily inventory counts
  • Unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Organize and distribute packaging materials in designated areas
  • Process web requisitions in Coupa system and distribute to requesters
  • Conduct daily trailer audits
  • Research missing Non-Inventory shipments
  • Assist with Invoice Hold Resolutions
  • Maintain safety standards in the department
  • Support Site Procurement Manager in achieving Monthly Performance results

Required skills

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
