Transdev is seeking a Non CDL Paratransit Operator in Everett, Washington, who will play a crucial role in providing safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. This position requires adherence to safety protocols, effective communication, and excellent customer service skills, ensuring a smooth transit experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding and disembarkation.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement and emergency response preparedness.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and traffic regulations
