Overview

Adfinitas Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine Nocturnist Physician to join their established Hospital Medicine service at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This full-time position involves providing inpatient internal medicine care, including admitting patients, conducting physical exams, and planning for discharges.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient internal medicine care in the hospital setting
  • Admit patients, perform physical exams, and order tests
  • Diagnose and perform hospital rounds
  • Plan for patient discharges
  • Follow policies for maintenance and signing of medical records
  • Contribute to department goals and adhere to quality and safety standards
  • Submit accurate and timely charges for professional services

Required skills

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
