Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob description:Ninja Kids CoachCheck the Ninja Program: Duties:- Plan and conduct ninja classes for students of various ages and skill levels- Teach proper techniques and skills in a safe and supportive environment- Create lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their abilities- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and proper equipment usage- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed- Collaborate with other instructors to coordinate class schedules and activitiesSkills:- Strong behavior management skills to maintain a positive and disciplined class environment- Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or physical education setting- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate skills to students of different ages and abilities- Passion for educating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential in gymnasticsWe offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
