Description: Position Reports to: Building SupervisorSchedule: Monday - Friday starting at 5:30 p.m. Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and Responsibilities (Note: This is not an all-inclusive list. Additional duties may be assigned.)Clean and disinfect restrooms, restock supplies, clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming and mopping, clean break rooms/kitchens, dust furniture, equipment, partitions per scope of work, empty waste baskets/recyclables and dispose, spot clean walls and woodwork, and other duties as assigned. ExpectationsReports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed.Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc).Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.The employee must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.Physical DemandsWalk and stand Repetitive bending and lifting of items Bend forward kneel downCrawl reach and graspPush and pull objects Repetitive arm movementsLift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
