Overview

NLC Energy LLC is seeking a skilled Night Shift Plant Operator to join their team in Denmark, Wisconsin. This role offers unique responsibilities and ownership in a collaborative environment, focusing on the operation and monitoring of production plant equipment in the renewable natural gas sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the production plant and associated equipment.
  • Monitor process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations including shift reports and safety documentation.
  • Complete paperwork related to product loads, instrument readings, and safety/security.
  • Produce dry ice for scheduled orders.

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations or renewable energy
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective English language skills for communication and documentation
  • Ability to utilize various computer programs and systems
  • Strong attention to safety
