The Night Crew Lead at Giant Eagle plays a crucial role in maintaining product availability and ensuring high standards in customer service during overnight hours. Key responsibilities

  • Maintain safety as the top priority for team members and guests.
  • Stock shelves and manage inventory to meet guest requirements.
  • Direct and oversee training of new and current team members.
  • Prepare products for stocking and manage department orders.
  • Track inventory and reduce out of stocks.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to inquiries.
  • Conduct daily team huddles and lead by example in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in adherence to health standards.
