Overview

The Night Crew Lead at Giant Eagle is responsible for maintaining high standards in the sales area and ensuring that products are stocked and ready for customers. This leadership role involves promoting guest loyalty through exceptional customer service and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain safety as the top priority for Team Members, guests, and products
  • Cultivate a foodie culture by sharing passion for food
  • Perform Team Leader functions in their absence
  • Direct and evaluate training of new and current Team Members
  • Prepare products for stocking and monitor inventory levels
  • Utilize technology for ordering and inventory tracking
  • Provide excellent guest service and respond to inquiries
  • Conduct daily team huddles and monitor performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Report any incidents or violations of guidelines
