The New York Life Accelerated Path to Management Program offers an exciting opportunity for individuals motivated to advance into management roles in the financial services sector. Participants will begin their journey as financial professionals, gaining hands-on experience to sell products and build client relationships, before advancing to a management position through extensive training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn and perform the role of a financial professional
  • Sell New York Life products and build client relationships
  • Meet specific requirements to transition into management
  • Undergo a six-month Associate Partner training program
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of financial professionals

Required skills

  • Sales or managerial experience
