This is an important role in our practice-you will often be the first person a new patient connects with, and we want that experience to feel warm, caring, professional, and supportive from the very beginning.We are looking for someone who understands that excellent patient care isn't just about completing tasks. Responsibilities may include:Answering new patient phone calls and inquiries with warmth and professionalismEducating prospective patients about our practice and the new patient processScheduling new patient appointmentsFollowing up with prospective and new patientsCoordinating intake forms, records, and other required informationResponding to phone, email, and patient portal communicationsMaintaining accurate patient information and documentationHelping patients understand what to expect before their first appointmentCommunicating with providers and other members of our teamAssisting with administrative and front-office responsibilities as neededMaking sure every new patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared forWhat Matters Most to UsExperience in a medical office is helpful, and experience in Functional, Integrative, or Concierge Medicine is a plus. However, we also place tremendous value on character, attitude, work ethic, and the way you treat people.We can teach systems and processes. What is harder to teach is genuine compassion, patience, personal responsibility, and the desire to provide an exceptional experience for every patient.Our patients often come to us after a long health journey.
