As a New Home Sales Consultant at Sky Resorts, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience within our resort communities. This position involves connecting with guests, guiding them through the home buying journey, and closing sales while collaborating closely with community leadership and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through community engagement and follow-up
  • Guide prospective buyers through the home buying process with a hospitality-driven experience
  • Confidently close sales and handle objections
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads and manage communication
  • Collaborate with community managers, marketing, and leadership to achieve goals

Required skills
