Overview

ATC West Healthcare Services is looking for a Locum Neuro Hospitalist to provide inpatient neurology coverage along with integrated telestroke responsibilities. This position involves 24-hour shifts covering both daytime and overnight call to support their primary stroke center.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient neurology coverage
  • Manage integrated telestroke responsibilities
  • Cover day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Handle overnight call from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Support a fully staffed primary stroke center

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Neurology
  • Active Colorado medical license or active IMLC with LOQ
  • Prior stroke telemedicine (telestroke) experience
  • Availability for both day and night coverage
  • Clean malpractice and background history
  • BLS certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Self-Query NPDB
