We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about behavioral health, and excited to develop expertise in a rapidly growing area of clinical practice.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality neurofeedback sessions under appropriate supervisionBuild positive and supportive relationships with clients and familiesMonitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentationConduct and assist with qEEG assessments and data collectionCollaborate with supervisors and clinical team members regarding treatment planning and client careServe as a point of contact for clients and families throughout treatmentParticipate actively in supervision, training, team meetings, and professional developmentSupport clinic operations and contribute to a positive team cultureContinue developing competency in neurofeedback protocols and clinical applicationsCompensationCompensation is determined by education level, licensure status, productivity, performance, and demonstrated competency within Lighthouse's career progression framework.
