The work: point-of-sale installs and swaps, network device installs and troubleshooting, structured cabling runs and terminations, CCTV and wireless access point installs, printer and kiosk service, and general smart-hands support at retail, restaurant, healthcare, and commercial sites across Hartford, East Hartford, West Hartford, Manchester, Glastonbury, Vernon, Enfield, Windsor, New Britain, and Middletown. Requirements: hands-on field-service experience with POS systems, networking, or low-voltage work; your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone; the ability to work independently from a dispatch queue and represent the company professionally on customer sites.
