Job Description

Overview

Southeast Steel Systems is seeking a NetSuite ERP Administrator & Training Lead to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the NetSuite ERP system. This role will focus on optimizing business processes, training employees, and ensuring data integrity across the organization, all while working closely with various departments to facilitate the effective adoption of the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite
  • Coordinate implementation activities with stakeholders and consultants
  • Design workflows for manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, finance, and operations
  • Manage system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Develop and deliver NetSuite training programs for employees
  • Create user guides, job aids, and video tutorials
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing employee support
  • Manage users, security roles, permissions, and data integrity
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements

Required skills

  • 5+ years of NetSuite administration or ERP systems experience
  • Proficient in leading NetSuite implementations
  • Experience in training and documentation development
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ERP workflows
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for business solutions
  • Experience with data management and reporting
