Overview

The NetSuite ERP Administrator & Training Lead at Southeast Steel Systems will be a crucial business leadership role responsible for the implementation and management of the NetSuite ERP platform. This in-person position requires partnering with various departments to enhance business processes and ensure effective user training and system adoption as the company undergoes significant technological transformation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite and coordinate implementation activities
  • Develop and deliver NetSuite training programs for employees
  • Manage data integrity and system administration as the primary NetSuite Administrator
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
  • Support ongoing system enhancements and optimization initiatives

Required skills

  • 5+ years of NetSuite administration or ERP systems experience
  • Experience in training employees and developing user documentation
  • Strong understanding of business operations, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and ERP workflows
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP integrations and supporting multi-location operations (preferred)
