Overview

Cynet locums is seeking a Nephrology Physician to work initially for 1 to 2 days per week in Florida. The role involves evaluating and managing patients with chronic kidney disease and related conditions as specialty services expand.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, and electrolyte disorders
  • Review high or abnormal GFR lab results and develop appropriate treatment and monitoring plans
  • Collaborate with primary care providers on preventive kidney care and comorbidity management
  • Provide education on renal diet, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Nephrology
  • Active Florida medical license
  • Experience in outpatient nephrology and chronic disease management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative, patient-centered approach
