Overview

Pivotal Placement Services, Inc is seeking a dedicated Neonatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role in a Level III NICU in Pensacola, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-acuity neonatal care in a collaborative environment, with relocation assistance provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with board-certified Neonatologists and APP team
  • Participate in daily rounds and deliver care plans for NICU patients
  • Perform procedures and assessments to support newborn stabilization, nutrition, and development
  • Order and interpret labs, document thoroughly
  • Work rotating shifts for 24/7 NICU coverage

Required skills

  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification
  • NICU experience
  • Clinical competence in neonatal intensive care
