Overview

Greenfield Milling is seeking a National Account Sales Representative based in the Dallas, Texas area. This role involves driving sales for B2B interactions within the flour milling and food service industry, focusing on understanding customer needs and building strong relationships to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish, grow, and manage new and existing customer accounts
  • Oversee customer service and solution delivery for assigned customers
  • Drive sales through effective prospecting and closing of new business opportunities
  • Identify business needs and implement customized solutions
  • Develop key relationships within assigned accounts and across the industry
  • Attend business and social events to support customer relationships
  • Coach and develop less experienced field and corporate account associates

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience, particularly with commercial bakeries or grocery retailers
  • Knowledge of B2B sales in food service and specialty ingredients
  • Strong relationship-based selling and prospecting skills
  • Financial and analytical skills with an understanding of P&L
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
