Overview

As the National Account Manager for Footwear at ARC'TERYX, you will be responsible for driving footwear revenue across Key Account partners, executing seasonal sell-in strategies, and ensuring effective retail assortment. This role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver commercial results while acting as a trusted partner to accounts in both the USA and Canada.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day footwear business for assigned Key Account partners
  • Drive seasonal sell-in aligned with revenue targets and account strategies
  • Support sell-through performance through in-store execution and product education
  • Monitor account performance and provide feedback on product and market trends
  • Act as a brand ambassador for footwear on the retail floor
  • Identify opportunities to improve assortment effectiveness and revenue growth
  • Contribute insights to footwear strategies based on retailer and consumer feedback
  • Support key milestones like line reviews and seasonal business reviews

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience in footwear sales or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Understanding of sell-in and sell-through mechanics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and align stakeholders
  • High analytical skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for footwear and outdoor activities
  • Proficiency in retail math
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time
