Overview

As a Multicraft Technician at Kimberly-Clark in Warren, Ohio, you will be instrumental in the maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on ensuring machine uptime and implementing best practices in a safety-first work environment that prioritizes teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and fine-tune technologically advanced machines
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical systems
  • Implement and improve maintenance practices
  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Drive continuous improvement and support preventative maintenance
  • Document and complete daily performance metrics
  • Participate in a self-directed work team system
  • Provide meaningful feedback to team members

Required skills

  • Multicraft skills
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Safety management and a safety mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
  • Technical degree or relevant work experience in manufacturing or industrial fields
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with high-speed packaging equipment operations
