Position Summary The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple car wash locations. This role ensures operational excellence, strong financial performance, and consistent execution of company standards while developing store-level leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Provide leadership and direction to Store Managers and their teams across multiple locationsDrive operational excellence by ensuring consistent execution of company standards and proceduresResolve operational challenges, make sound business decisions, and ensure accountability at all levelsCommunicate clearly and effectively to align teams with company goals and initiativesSupport and implement company initiatives, process improvements, and strategic objectives Team Development & Talent Management Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Store Managers and team membersProvide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development to strengthen leadership capabilitiesConduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations and goalsMonitor staffing levels and ensure locations are properly staffed to meet business needsFoster a positive, motivating, and performance-driven culture Financial & Business Performance Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive performance improvementsManage and monitor store budgets and P&L performanceIdentify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve resultsEnsure locations meet or exceed sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goalsMaintain high standards for facility appearance, safety, and customer experience Qualifications Proven experience managing multiple locations or serving as a District Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Unit ManagerStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L statementsComfortable using technology, reporting systems, and operational softwareSelf-motivated, high-energy, and results-drivenProfessional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesRetail, automotive, or service industry experience preferred Travel Requirements Ability to travel between locations regularly (50-75%) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experienceHealth insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Free car washesCareer growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company Why Join Cheetah Clean Auto Wash?
