Overview

As a Multi-Store Shift Supervisor at Sheetz, you'll be pivotal in creating a positive atmosphere across multiple stores in your district. Key responsibilities

  • Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members.
  • Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop skills for exceptional service.
  • Provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
  • Maintain smooth operations by working side by side with Team Members.
  • Foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.

Required skills

  • Multitasking abilities
  • Physical stamina for repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist in lifting 40 pounds
  • At least 18 years old (21 for specific tasks in Virginia)
  • Proven experience in leading a team
  • Prior experience in food service preferred
  • Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way
