Overview

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Multi Site Community Director in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to oversee the management of multiple conventional apartment communities. The role requires occasional travel to nearby areas and involves both operational and financial responsibilities within the property management sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities
  • Plan and execute property improvement projects
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
  • Develop and manage property budgets
  • Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income
  • Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met
  • Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service

Required skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required
