Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction2-7 years of substantive transactional real estate experience, preferably with a large law firm (boutique firm experience considered)Experienced in representing lenders and borrowers, managing acquisitions and dispositions, overseeing real estate development, and navigating land use and zoning matters.
