Overview

The Multi-Cultural Business Development Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits will be responsible for strategically growing the company's business while achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets. This role emphasizes leadership, market analysis, and relationship management within the assigned territory, driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue, margin, and gross profit targets set by the Sales Director.
  • Communicate local program spending effectiveness to maximize profits.
  • Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for the assigned territory.
  • Provide conflict resolution and remove performance obstacles for key accounts.
  • Identify market trends and developments in product categories and accounts.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience
  • Proficient in Compass, Diver, Excel, and Proof
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to analyze data and anticipate potential issues
  • Proficient understanding of financial acumen
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record
