OhioHealth is seeking an MRI Technologist for their Imaging Float Pool in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses on operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for tests, and providing assistance during the imaging process, all while ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Operates MRI equipment for various procedures
  • Prepares patients for testing with thorough screening
  • Assists radiologists during MRI tests
  • Maintains supply inventory in assigned rooms
  • Performs daily safety and quality control checks
  • Sends images to PACS for interpretation
  • Reformats and performs post-processing of images
  • Administers MRI contrast agents
