Overview

OhioHealth is seeking an MRI Technologist who is dedicated to patient care and medical excellence. This role involves operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for testing, and maintaining safety and quality control during procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Operates MRI equipment and adjusts pulse sequences according to body part and diagnosis
  • Demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills
  • Performs daily safety and quality control checks for the MRI system
  • Sends images to PACS for interpretation and manipulates images for radiologist review
  • Administers MRI contrast agents
  • Covers call duty as assigned
