BMO Financial is seeking a Mortgage Specialist in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, to help customers achieve their home ownership dreams. This role involves building and managing relationships within a referral network to drive mortgage business and increase market share, supported by industry-leading training and competitive referral programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage a referral network to build a mortgage business pipeline
  • Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to BMO colleagues
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales programs to enhance business results
  • Engage with referral sources and participate in community events

Required skills
