Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships to build a referral network for new mortgage business
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities while adhering to corporate policies and regulations
  • Execute marketing and sales programs to drive business results
  • Contact referral sources to discuss home financing solutions
  • Participate in trade shows and community events to enhance the bank's presence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the mortgage application process
  • Collaborate with branch teams to finalize documentation and address customer needs
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage lending process and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
