Overview

As a Mortgage Specialist at BMO Financial in Calgary, Alberta, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their dream of home ownership. Key responsibilities

  • Enhance the Bank's community presence through participation in events
  • Advocate for customers during application and processing activities
  • Resolve customer service issues and ensure timely fund advancements
  • Document updates in BMO's internal systems
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations

Required skills

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field
  • Understanding of mortgage lending process and regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
