This sales-driven role focuses on developing new opportunities, converting leads into loan applications, and providing expert mortgage guidance throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new mortgage opportunities through agent relationships, networking, and client referrals
  • Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their needs and explain financing options
  • Partner with real estate professionals to provide scenario support and transaction updates
  • Manage your pipeline with consistent follow-up and strong organization
  • Serve as a trusted mortgage sales resource for clients, agents, and partners

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
