Generations Home Loans is looking for Mortgage Sales Consultants who are passionate about building relationships and developing purchase business. This role emphasizes client consultation and market presence, requiring candidates to support clients with effective mortgage guidance and convert conversations into loan applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new mortgage opportunities through agent relationships, networking, and client referrals
  • Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their needs and explain financing options
  • Partner with real estate professionals for scenario support, pre-approval guidance, and transaction updates
  • Manage pipeline with consistent follow-up and clear communication
  • Serve as a trusted mortgage sales resource for buyers, agents, and referral partners

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensing eligibility in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
