Overview

Generations Home Loans is looking for Mortgage Sales Consultants who are passionate about relationship-building and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. This role focuses on developing new opportunities, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and creating strong referral partnerships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new mortgage opportunities through agent relationships and local networking
  • Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their needs and explain financing options
  • Partner with real estate professionals for scenario support and transaction updates
  • Manage your pipeline with follow-up, organization, and clear communication
  • Serve as a trusted mortgage sales resource for buyers, agents, and referral partners

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Currently licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
