Generations Home Loans is looking for Mortgage Sales Consultants who excel in building relationships and developing purchase business. This role focuses on guiding clients through financing options and converting discussions into loan applications, while maintaining strong connections with agents and referral partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new mortgage opportunities through agent relationships and local networking
  • Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their needs and explain financing options
  • Partner with real estate professionals to provide scenario support and pre-approval guidance
  • Manage pipeline with consistent follow-up, strong organization, and clear communication
  • Serve as a trusted mortgage sales resource for buyers, agents, and referral partners

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensing eligibility in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
