Overview

Generations Home Loans is looking for licensed Mortgage Loan Originators to grow their purchase-focused mortgage business through strong referral partnerships and excellent client guidance. This role emphasizes the importance of trust, visibility, and sustained execution for long-term production.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and manage mortgage opportunities through real estate relationships and client referrals
  • Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options and guide them through the financing process
  • Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, agents, processors, and internal lending partners
  • Provide clear pre-approval guidance, scenario support, and financing updates
  • Represent Generations Home Loans as a trusted lending resource in the assigned market

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensing eligibility in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
