Overview

Generations Home Loans is looking for motivated and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators to build a purchase-focused mortgage business. The role emphasizes the importance of strong referral partnerships, excellent client guidance, and consistent follow-through, ultimately aimed at creating a dependable borrower experience and supporting real estate partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and manage mortgage opportunities through real estate relationships and client referrals
  • Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options and guide them through the financing process
  • Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, agents, processors, and internal lending partners
  • Provide clear pre-approval guidance and financing updates to assist purchase clients

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Familiarity with CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID licensing
