Generations Home Loans is looking for mortgage and real estate transaction professionals to fill the role of Mortgage Loan Officer, especially those with an escrow, title, or closing background. This position focuses on mortgage origination and is suited for individuals familiar with the purchase process and real estate transactions, responsible for guiding clients through financing and closing.

Key responsibilities

  • Leverage escrow, title, or closing experience to build credibility with real estate agents and clients
  • Develop referral relationships with agents, past clients, and local real estate professionals
  • Guide borrowers through loan options, application steps, and documentation requirements
  • Communicate proactively with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Build a purchase-focused mortgage business through relationship development and follow-through

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
