Overview

Generations Home Loans is looking for experienced and licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join their purchase-driven team in partnership with Windermere Real Estate and other premier brokerages across several states. This role focuses on building strong relationships with real estate professionals, supporting buyers throughout the mortgage process, and generating a referral-based business.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop durable, referral-centric relationships with real estate professionals
  • Lead buyers from initial consultation through clear-to-close
  • Equip agents with market-ready financing strategies and pre-approvals
  • Serve as a visible mortgage advisor in the local community

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensing eligibility in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
