Generations Home Loans is looking for experienced and licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join their purchase-driven team. Key responsibilities

  • Develop durable, referral-centric relationships with real estate professionals.
  • Lead buyers from initial consultation through clear-to-close with proactive communication.
  • Provide agents with market-ready financing strategies and clean pre-approvals.
  • Serve as a reliable mortgage advisor in the local community.

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
