The role emphasizes building strong partnerships with real estate professionals and providing a high-touch mortgage experience in collaboration with Windermere Real Estate and other leading brokerages across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop durable, referral-centric relationships with real estate professionals
  • Lead buyers through the mortgage process from initial consultation to closing
  • Equip agents with financing strategies and pre-approvals
  • Serve as a reliable mortgage advisor in the community

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License
  • Experience in residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
