This role emphasizes relationship-building with real estate professionals and focuses on maintaining a high-touch mortgage experience throughout the buying process.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop durable, referral-centric relationships with real estate professionals
  • Lead buyers from initial consultation through clear-to-close with proactive communication
  • Equip agents with market-ready financing strategies and clean pre-approvals
  • Serve as a reliable mortgage advisor within the local community

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
